I was going to upgrade to High Sierra, after I download if the High Sierra installer, I only get 20mb instead of full installer (which is 5.2 GB). Word for mac 2011 make 2 horizontial columns. What is wrong with this download? Was it corrupted, or was it actually not working for my old version?

But, the only way to get to SP is through an iCloud dialogue box, which comes up whenever I select the SP icon on the dock or Apple dropdown list. Can anyone suggest why this is so?
