I posted on this before and I am still waiting on a fix. I have a new G19 keyboard and I am using windows 8.1.
For some reason the keyboard will turn on and light up and the LCD screen will work but none of the keys work. Windows goes through the process of auto detecting the keyboard but it still doesnt work and its showing a coupld of unknow devices in Device Manager now. I try to dectect the drivers for the unknown devices which I assume is the keyboard and it comes up as a Pluralinput 0.8.4 keyboard but my keys still do not work. I also tried the CD the keyboard came with and the software on Logitech's web page for updating the drivers and nothing is working. I also tried to use a old USB/PS2 adapter and it still doesnt work. I plugged the keyboard into my laptop which is using Windows 7 and it seems to work just fine so it has to be something with Windows 8.1. If anyone knows a fix for this please share.

I went into device manager and removed all references of Logitech since the only hardware I have from them is the keyboard. I then uninstalled the Logitech app and rebooted. After doing so I unplugged the keyboard from the pc and the wall. Then I booted up the pc and went to the Logitech website and downloaded the app again making sure to choose the 64 bit version in my case but this will obviously vary for others. Once I installed the App and got to where it showed device not detected I then plugged in the device and tested it. Seems to be working now. Hope this helps.
