If you really want the dongle I could mail it to you if you live in the United States. I have no use for it anymore. My experience with it, it worked most of the time. I think it might depends on how well your motherboard activates your usb ports on startup. My sabertooth was kinda horrible at it sometimes so it was hit or miss.
